HART
HART is a shelter-less, registered charity dedicated to
the rescuing, rehabilitation and re-homing of stray and abandoned dogs
from rural and reserve areas surrounding Edmonton. Committed to finding
furever homes, HART relies on volunteer foster parents who open their homes
and hearts to provide one-on-one socialization and training for each dog.
HART aims to give these rescued dogs a new leash on life!
The Hervey Foundation For Cats is as no-kill, non-profit, and tax exempt private charitable foundation providing a refuge for cats whom might otherwise perish. It operates to rescue, re-home, and educate the public. Each cat receives medical care, vaccinations, spaying or neutering, and microchip. Along with physical and psychological healing, the aim is to permanent loving homes for the cats wherever possible while promoting responsibility, compassion, and respect toward animals.
